DEVILED STEAK SANDWICH 
1 lb. cubed steaks
2 tbsp. salad oil
1/2 c. water
1 med. onion, sliced
1/3 c. bottled steak sauce
3 tbsp. light brown sugar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
4-5 slices buttered toast

In hot oil (medium heat) fry steaks to desired doneness. Remove from pan. Reduce heat to medium and cook water, onion, steak sauce, brown sugar and mustard until onion is tender. Stir frequently. Return steaks to skillet and coat with onion mixture. Serve over toast. Serves 4-5.
