2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 to 3 tbsp. oil
2 green onions, including tops, thinly sliced
2 tsp. lemon juice or sherry
1 1/2 tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
