CHOP SUEY 
1 lb. cube meat (pork or veal or mix)
1 tbsp. molasses
2 sm. onions
2 stalks celery
1 can mixed chop suey vegetables
1 can bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts, drained
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Chow mein noodles or cooked rice

Brown 1 pound meat with 1 tablespoon molasses, 2 small onions and celery. Cover and simmer until meat is tender. Add a little water to keep from burning. Add 1 can mixed chop suey vegetables, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, and 1 tablespoon soy sauce, salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly and serve on dry noodles or cooked rice.

Serves 4-6.
