BAVARIAN CHEESE SOUP 
1 pkg. (Knorr) leek soup
2 c. milk
1 c. beer
1 c. water
4 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded (1 c.)

In 3 quart saucepan with wire whisk, stir together soup mix, milk, beer, and water. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low. Gradually add cheese stirring until melted after each addition. Makes 4 1/2 cups.
