FLORENCE'S CARROT CAKE 
3 c. bread flour
2 c. granulated sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. grated carrots (with fine wheel)
1 1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. nuts

Combine oil, sugar and carrots. Then flour and dry ingredients. Drop eggs one by one and beat in. Add nuts. Cook slowly about 45 minutes at 350 to 375 degrees.
