VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
4 cans Veg-All drained
1 small onion chopped
2 c grated cheese
1 c mayonnaise
2 cans cream of celery soup

Topping:

1 sleeve Ritz crackers-crushed
1 stick melted butter

Mix all ingredients, except topping. Place in ungreased pan. Mix crackers and butter and put on top of casserole.

Bake in 325°F oven for 1 hour or until brown.
