VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 cans mixed vegetables (Veg-All), drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 stack saltine crackers, crushed
3/4 to 1 stick butter, softened

Mix together first 5 ingredients and spoon into a greased casserole dish. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed crackers with butter, mix well and put on top of vegetable mixture.

Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes or until slightly bubbly and crisp.

Serves 6 to 8. Recipe can be halved.
