CLAIRE'S PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
4 c. sliced potatoes, let skins on
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c sour cream
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. dill seed
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese

Brown pork chops and put in baking dish. Top with potatoes. Pour all but cheese over. Cook at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle with cheese to melt.
