VENISON BARBEQUE 
3-4 lb. venison, chopped or chunks
1 lg. can sliced peaches in heavy syrup
1 lg. bottle catsup
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. A-1 steak sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. ginger

Cook 3-4 hours in a crock pot on medium low setting. Serve on rolls.
