SUGAR 'N CINNAMON PECANS 
1 egg white
1 tbsp. water
1 lb. pecans
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Beat whites and add water. Add nuts. Mix and soak for a while. Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon. Add to nuts. Mix well.

Bake at 275°F for 45 to 50 minutes. Enjoy!
