4 boneless skinned chicken breasts
2 tsp. honey
1 tbsp. mustard
2 cloves chopped garlic
Sprig of fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 c. flavored bread crumbs
2 tsp. olive oil

Bread chicken on both sides. Reserve. In small bowl mix garlic, mustard, honey and parsley. Reserve. Oil casserole dish and place chicken in casserole dish. Spoon and spread mustard mixture over breaded chicken. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
