HOT VEGGIES 
2 pkg. blended California mix
cream of mushroom soup
small Velveeta cheese
1 can dehydrated onions

Pre-cook California mix until tender; drain. Add mushroom soup, cheese and 1/2 of onions to vegetables. Grease dish. Mix soup and cheese with vegetables; put in casserole dish. Put rest of onions on top.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°F, covered.
