CRAB SPREAD | |
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 (6 oz.) can crab meat, drained, rinsed and flakes 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. minced onion 1 env. unflavored gelatin 3 tbsp. cold water Heat soup in 2 quart saucepan. Add cream cheese. Stir until well blended. Remove from heat. Add crab meat, mayonnaise, celery, and onion. Dissolve gelatin in water, add to mixture. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart mold, refrigerate overnight. Serve with favorite snack crackers. |
