FLUFFY CHEESE DUMPLINGS 
1 lb. dry cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
3 qts. boiling water
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 pt. sour cream

Mash cheese, add eggs and mix well. Stir in sifted dry ingredients. Drop by tablespoon into rapidly boiling salted water. Cover and boil for about 15 minutes. Drain. Pour melted butter over dumplings and serve with sour cream. Or serve with bread crumbs and butter. Makes 4 servings.
