SPINACH BROWNIES 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained (do not cook)
3/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 eggs, beaten
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. milk

Mix by hand.

Bake in a 9 x 9-inch greased pan.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes. Run knife around edge of pan and let cool slightly. Cut into squares. Freezes well and can be reheated at 400°F for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
