2 c. Jiffy baking mix
1 lb. good quality hot sausage
8 oz. jalapeno cheese, grated

Put all into mixing bowl and mix. Take about 1 tablespoon at a time and roll into balls. Bake in 350 degree oven on a cookie sheet for about 20 minutes.
