SURPRISE CHEESE PIE 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar
3 lg. eggs
1/8 tsp. almond extract

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Cream cheese and sugar together. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Add almond extract. Beat 5 minutes. Pour into buttered 9 inch pie plate. Bake 50 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool pie for 10 minutes. Mix ingredients for topping and spread topping to within 1/2 inch of edge. Return to oven. Bake 15 additional minutes.
