1 c. milk
5 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour to milk and boil until thickened. Cool. Combine sugar, butter and vanilla. Beat until creamed. Fold in milk-flour mixture and beat by hand.
