SWEDISH APPLE PIE 
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
1 c. sifted flour
2 pinches of salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until it no longer sticks to toothpick. Serve with non-dairy whipped topping or ice cream.
