1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. butter
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 box Rice Chex
1 box confectioners sugar

Melt first 3 ingredients together and blend. Pour melted mixture over Rice Chex. Mix with large spoon until well coated. Shake together in large brown paper bag with confectioners sugar.
