VEGETABLE BEEF MEDLEY 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, cooked
3 ribs celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground beef
1 can Golden mushroom soup
1 can chunky vegetable soup
1 can tomato soup
Grated cheese

Saute onions and celery in butter. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Add soups and noodles. Spoon into 2 greased baking dishes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. One casserole may be frozen before baking for later use.
