VEGETARIAN VEGETABLE SOUP 
8 stalks celery, chopped, tops included
2 lg. onions, chopped
2 lg. cans tomatoes, broken up
Garlic powder to taste
Lawry's salt to taste
Lawry's pepper to taste
2 (16 to 20 oz.) bags frozen mixed vegetables

Combine first 6 ingredients with 1 quart water and simmer until celery and onion is about done. Add vegetables and more water, if desired, and simmer until vegetables reach desired doneness. Add more salt and pepper, if necessary.
