VEG-ALL CASSEROLE 
2 15 oz. Veg-All mixed vegetables
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise or 1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
4 oz. saltine crackers crushed
1/2 cup melted butter

Combine undrained mixed vegetables, onion, celery, mayonnaise, cheese, and salt in bowl; mix well. Spoon into buttered baking dish. Top with mixture of cracker crumbs and melted butter.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

May substitute 1 can of cream of chicken soup for mayonnaise - may sauté onion and celery if preferred.
