VEG-ALL CASSEROLE 
3 cans Veg-All vegetables, drained
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1 c. onions, finely chopped
1 c. medium sharp cheese, grated
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts, drained

Mix together and place in a buttered baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes.

Mix together about 1/4 to 1/3 pound of Ritz crackers (crushed fine) and 1 stick melted butter. Remove casserole from oven after the 30 minutes and sprinkle the Ritz cracker and butter mixture over the top and put back in oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until cracker mixture starts to brown.
