SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 egg
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
Pastry for 2 pie crusts

Blend sugar and egg. Add sour cream and vanilla. Mix well by hand. Add raisins and pour mixture into pastry lined plate. Dot with specks of butter and top with second crust. Brush top with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake 425 degree oven for 30 minutes. Do not overbake. Bake only until crust is nicely browned.
