SAVORY TOMATO JUICE 
1/2 bushel tomatoes (ripe)
10 lg. carrots
4 lg. green peppers
4 lg. onions
1/2 lb. green beans
3 kohlrabi
1 bunch celery
1 bunch parsley

Cut vegetables into small pieces and cook until soft. When soft, rub through a food mill. Season each jar (quart) by adding: 1 grind of pepper 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Process in a boiling water bath 20 minutes. Water may be added if mixture gets very thick.
