V-8 TOMATO JUICE 
10 qts. tomatoes
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. salt
4 hot peppers
1 1/2 c. celery (or box celery flakes)
5 onions
4 sm. sweet peppers
1 c. water

Cook until tender. Liquify and strain. Add 1/2 cup vinegar. Heat and can.
