SPUNKY TOMATO JUICE 
8 qt. tomato juice
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. celery salt (to taste)
2 tsp. onion salt or powder (to taste)
1 tsp. garlic salt or powder (to taste)
1 c. bottled lemon juice

Combine all ingredients. Boil thoroughly. Pour hot juice into 8 sterilized quart jars. Secure lids and rings. Process jars in hot water bath for 40 minutes. Store in cool dry place.
