TOMATO JUICE | |
20 lbs. tomatoes 3 tbsp. canning salt 2 tbsp. celery salt 4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp. Tabasco sauce 2 tsp. onion powder 8 beef bouillon cubes 2 stalks celery, cut up Wash and cut tomatoes (don't peel), put in large pan. Boil 5 to 10 minutes or until soft. Smash and strain. Put juice in large pan, add celery and other ingredients. Boil 5 minutes, strain again and put in jars, seal. Put in hot water bath for 10 minutes. |
