WATERGATE CAKE 
Cake:

1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. club soda

Frosting:

1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1 1/4 c. milk
1 pkg. Cool Whip

Mix cake ingredients in order named.

Bake in a 9 x 13 cake pan that has been greased and floured.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool. Frost with pistachio pudding mixed with milk. Then beat in Cool Whip and frost cake. Keep cake once frosted in the refrigerator.
