1 pkg. (10) 8 inch flour tortillas
1 egg yolk
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. almond extract
Food coloring

Using cookie cutter, cut 2 cookies from each tortilla; set aside scraps. In small bowl combine remaining ingredients except food coloring; divide between 2 small bowls. Color on rack. Makes 20 cookies.

Cut tortilla scraps into bite-sized pieces. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar. Place on baking sheet, bake in 425 degree oven 2 to 3 minutes until golden.
