CRANBERRY WALDORF SALAD 
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
1 c. canned cranberry sauce
1/2 c. cored, unpeeled chopped apple
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. mayonnaise dressing

Combine boiling water and gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in rest of ingredients. Pour into 4 cup mold or 8 inch square dish and chill until firm.
