CRANBERRY WALDORF SALAD 
2 c. fresh cranberries
2 c. miniature marshmallows
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
2 c. diced unpeeled tart apples
1/2 c. seedless grapes
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. frozen whipped topping

Sort and wash cranberries, grind finely. Combine cranberries, marshmallows and sugar; cover and chill overnight. Add apples, grapes, nuts and salt. Mix well. Fold in whipped topping. Chill. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
