FUDGY BROWNIES 
1/2 lb. unsalted butter
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. flour, sifted

1. Place butter and chocolates in 2 quart bowl. Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Cook at 100% for 2 minutes.

2. Remove from oven. Uncover and whisk until combined. Whisk in all sugar and then eggs, one at a time. Stir in vanilla.

3. Sift together salt, baking powder and flour. Fold into chocolate mixture. Pour into 8-inch square dish. Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Cook at 100% for 6 minutes. Uncover and cook for 4 minutes at 100%.

4. Remove from oven and let cool before cutting.
