POLISH SAUSAGE AND MACARONI DISH 
1 1/2 lbs. Polish sausage
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can beer
1 bay leaf
1 box Velveeta and Shell macaroni mix

Cut Polish sausage into bite-size pieces. Brown lightly in a skillet. Add beer and bay leaf.

Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Prepare macaroni and cheese mixture according to package instructions. Drain sausage and remove bay leaf.

Stir sausage into macaroni and cheese, then serve.
