BRISKET ROAST | |
1 (3 1/2 - 4 lb.) brisket 1 can mushroom soup 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Salt & pepper to taste Wash and dry brisket. Rub with salt and pepper. Place brisket on heavy duty foil, enough to wrap sufficiently. Cover brisket with can of mushroom soup. Sprinkle onion soup mix over soup, then sprinkle Worcestershire sauce on top. Seal foil securely. Bake in 350 degree oven for 3 hours. NOTE: This forms a gravy for meat. Slice and enjoy. Serves 6 to 9 people. |
