ROAST BEEF BRISKET 
3 1/2 to 5 lb. brisket beef
1 c. catsup
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
2 c. water

Rub brisket with Kitchen Bouquet, lemon and onion slices. Place uncovered in 250 degree oven for 1 hour. Then pour sauce over it. Cover and bake in 250 degree oven for 3-4 hours.

SAUCE: Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Boil together and stir. To serve, cool and slice thin, then reheat in sauce.
