CHICKEN MARRAKESH | |
8 boned & skinned breast halves 1/3 c. fresh lemon juice 2 tbsp. grated lemon peel 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tbsp. thyme 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. freshly ground pepper 2 lemons, thinly sliced (opt.) Place chicken in a bowl or casserole. Mix together lemon juice, lemon peel, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper and pour over chicken. Marinate chicken in refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove chicken from marinade and place in shallow baking dish. Pour marinade over chicken and bake chicken for 30 to 45 minutes or until cooked through. Garnish with lemon slices. |
