Mini muffin tins 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese 1/2 c. butter 1 c. flour Cream cheese and butter. Add flour and mix. Chill 1 hour. Press dough on bottom and sides of tins. PECAN FILLING: 1 egg 1 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. brown sugar 2/3 c. chopped pecans Dash of salt Beat egg and butter together. Add rest of ingredients. Spoon into lined muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes or until filling is set. Cool and remove from tins. Walnuts can be used instead of pecans. |
