GRANDMA'S MEATLOAF 
2 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. minced onion
2 eggs
2 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. ketchup (1/4 c. in meatloaf 1/2 spread on top)

Crumble bread. Mince onion, place in a small bowl. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Beat eggs slightly in large bowl. Then lightly toss with meat using a fork. Be careful not to over handle as that can toughen the meat.

Toss the bread crumbs and onions with the meat. In a small bowl add horseradish, salt, dry mustard, milk and 1/4 cup ketchup. Mix together then combine with meat. Shape meat into loaf and place in a pie tin or loaf pans. Spread with 1/2 cup ketchup. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Drain grease immediately.
