GOLDEN FRUIT FREEZE 
1 can mandarin orange sections, drained & halved
3/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. cream style cottage cheese
1 pkg. dessert topping mix
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. mayonnaise

In separate bowl, combine fruits and sugar; mix well. In large bowl, combine cottage cheese, topping mix, milk and vanilla. Beat smooth. Fold in fruits and mayonnaise. Put in 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan and freeze. To serve: Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes; then cut into squares. Makes 6-8 servings.
