CHOCOLATE SATIN PIE 
CRUST:

1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. sugar

Melt butter in small saucepan. Add graham cracker crumbs, water, and sugar to butter. Mix. Press into pie dish.

CHOCOLATE FILLING:

1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 egg yolks
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Whisk together egg yolks and evaporated milk in medium sauce pan. Heat on medium stove just barely to a boil. Turn off heat. Add chocolate morsels immediately. Stir until smooth. Pour into crust. Cool until set (two hours).

WHIPPED CREAM TOPPING:

1 cup whipping cream
3 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Before serving, whip the cream until stiff. While continuing to whip, add confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Spread thoroughly on pie.

Serves 8.
