PUFF PUFF 
4 c. of self rising flour
4 tbsp.. of sugar
6 c. of vegetable oil
2 c. water

In a large cooking pot, mix flour and sugar with water to make a thick, drawee mixture (similar to pancake mix). Add more water, if necessary. Mixture must be thick enough so that when you scoop a spoon and slowly let it drop, it draws. Stir with a wooden spoon until the dough is smooth in texture.

Cover the pot with warm clothing overnight. The heat is to help the dough rise.

Pour the oil into a deep fryer and preheat. After the dough has risen, with your hand make fist size balls with dough, and one at a time, drop the balls in the deep fryer and turn at intervals until they turn brown. Once it turns brown, remove the balls and place them in a strainer. Let them cool and then serve with your favorite drink. Now, wasn't that simple!
