CHOCOLATE SNICKER DOODLES 
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 2/3 c. flour
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

With electric mixer combine butter with 3/4 cup sugar until thoroughly blended. Add eggs and vanilla and beat 2 minutes or until light and fluffy.

Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda combined with butter mixture until thoroughly blended.

Chill at least 1 hour. Preheat oven 375 degrees. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Combine remaining 2 tbsp. sugar with cinnamon. Roll balls in mixture on greased baking sheet. Place 2 inches apart. Bake 8 minutes or until tops look slightly dry.
