SNICKER DOODLE COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
Cinnamon and sugar mixture

Cream sugar and butter together. Drop in whole eggs and mix. Sift together flour, salt, cream of tartar and baking soda. Add flour mixture to first mixture and beat until smooth. Chill. Then make small balls of dough and flatten on a greased cookie sheet, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake 325 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
