3 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 c sugar
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. sugar

Bake at 375 degrees. Grease cookie sheet. Stir together flour, soda, tartar, and salt. Beat butter 30 seconds. Add 2 cups sugar, beat until fluffy. Add milk, eggs, and vanilla, beating well. Add dry ingredients to beaten mixture, mix until well combined. Make dough into 1 inch ball. Roll in mixture of 3 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Place about 2 inches apart on cookie sheet, flatten slightly with bottom of drinking glass. Makes 66 cookies, great for holidays.
