CHICKEN PICCATE 
6 chicken cutlets
Chicken broth
1 lemon (juice)

Dip chicken in eggs and flavored bread crumbs. Fry in butter.

Boil 1 cup of chicken broth with juice of 1 lemon.

Pour broth mixture over breaded chicken cutlets, about 2 hours prior to baking. Bake in sauce 40 minutes. Turn once during baking approximately 375 degrees, 1/2 covered and 1/2 uncovered.
