CHICKEN DIVAN 
3 lb. chicken cutlets
2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Bread crumbs
Butter

Boil or fry cutlets until done. Cut into small, bite-size pieces. Quick boil broccoli. Mix together: soup, milk, lemon juice and cheese. In a large baking dish, layer it first with broccoli, then chicken, then sauce.

Cover top with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Cover dish with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

NOTE: This is a good main dish that can be prepared and frozen. Defrost before putting in oven.
