SUMMER SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 lb. hamburger, browned
1 small onion, minced or diced
1 can vegetable soup
1-1/4 tsp. salt
Prepared instant mashed potatoes

Mix above ingredients (except potatoes) and pour into an ungreased 1-1/2 quart casserole. Top with prepared instant mashed potatoes.

Bake at 450°F until potatoes are brown and pie is bubbly. This can also be put in the microwave for 8 minutes until pie is bubbly.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
