SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 or 5 medium sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 eggs
3/4 stick butter
dash of cinnamon

Mix all ingredients. Put in a baking dish.

Bake 20 minutes at 350°F.

Topping:

1 c. corn flakes
3/4 stick butter
1 c. nuts
1 c. coconut

Take fresh ear of corn and cut both ends off with sharp knife. Place ear in microwave with shuck on and cook 4 minutes. Cool. Serve with salt and butter.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
